Switched to Xfinity Now & it didnt work - No refund

Hello, I had xfinity internet for several years. When my last offer ran out, the rep offered "Xfinity NOW" as an option. They charged me $45 & sent a new modem that was apparently corrupted. I wasted hours in chat and the phone trying to set it up, but apparebtly the modem was corrupt and the passqord on the modem wouldnt work. Several techs tried to help, but couldnt fifure it out. They ended up signing me back up for regular xfinity account again and I cancelled the Xfinity NOW. However no one can fugure out how to refund me the $45 Xfinity charged me for NOW service that never worked. Who can I contact to get a refund? You cant charge for something that doesnt work. Thaanks.

I dont know if it was activated as they could never get my modem to connect. The app said I had internet, but the modem never connected. Who can I contact for a refund? Everything is so difficult witg this company.

You would need to reach back out to the now team through the web link https://customer.xfinity.com/NOW  you receiveed when creating the now services

I have this issue as well, two chat customer service employees told me I have the wrong modem, I have to go to the Xfinity store. Just waited 30min in line to be told, “we can’t help you we don’t know how to fix Xfinity NOW problems” ….awful, infuriating company
