Terrible Customer Service
While trying to leave a negative review magically, the site went down and I was unable to leave the review and everything got deleted.
As a long-term customer for over eight years at my current address, I have spent over $17,000 with XFINITY. I called the customer service line today to get a 24 hour extension on my past due payment so I could make sure that my check clears before I promise to pay what I owe. I was on the phone for over 25 minutes and transferred to three different people two claiming to be supervisors, which I do not believe. All for them to continuously tell me that they cannot guarantee that my services will not be disconnected and then I will have to pay a reconnection fee.
As a long-term customer that makes my payments every month have never had a declined or returned payment. This makes me extremely irritated frustrated and I will be looking for another company to get services from that will be more respectful of my time and money.
