Terrible Terrible System

I have been paying for two extra channels that I thought I had cancelled months ago. And I did not have access through the app on my TV. So I finally was able to get them cancelled through over an hour spend with a live chat agent. Xfinity owes me for at least three months of paying for those channels (Acorn and Fox Nation)  when I couldn't use them. Also the agent told me the reason I could not cancel them is due to third party management. Well I sure could sign up for them through Xfinity. To me that is fraudulent. I am a 70 year old woman who works 2 part time jobs just to pay rent, food and internet/tv. Shame on Xfinity for being a company that claims to have customer service and support.
