The cost of my bill does not match the cost of my plan. How can I address this issue?

My bill for next month is showing up as $70 + tax whereas my plan is $50/mo + tax. There are no other charges, it is simply a different plan shown on the statement. How can I get this fixed to avoid paying the wrong amount?

Good morning, @user_hqdsoo ! I understand your concern, and I'd be happy to take a closer look at the billing discrepancy for you. Please send us a direct message with your full first and last name and complete service address. We'll review why your upcoming bill is showing $70/month instead of the $50/month plan you signed up for and help determine whether there is a billing or promotional pricing issue that needs to be corrected. We look forward to assisting you further. 😊
