The Xfinity prepaid payment system is not working and my payment is due soon
I have tried my cell phone, two web browsers, and two different credit cards to make a payment but it hangs up with a spinning circle that says "updating" until it times out after 15 minutes. Is this a known issue and when will it be fixed?

Hey there, @user_9srmxg! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with attempting to make a payment for the NOW services, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. I know you mentioned you attmpted 2 web browsers, did you clear the browser cache/cookies, and then attempt again? Please let us know if this has been resolved.
