Thieves

On August 28, 2025 I moved. I canceled my service and returned my equipment. They continue to bill my bank account.  They now owe me over $1200. They refuse to credit that amount back to my bank. Instead, they have given me a $1200 credit and I wish to use that against Service in my new home.

I cut my service in the new home considerably and I only pay $100 a month. Therefore it would take them 12 months. Also, I can’t change services. I have been to the local office three times. I had to wait over three hours each time. Each time they assured me, they would return the funds and they would get back to me that day on how

and when the funds would be returned. They assured me they would follow up that day.  I have heard nothing.
Obviously, I’ll have to take them to court
