Trade In Stuck in Coppell TX

Hi,

I mailed my trade-in with the provided USPS label, but it was last scanned in Coppell TX on 9/16/26 and has not been updated or marked as received by Xfinity/Assurant, so I haven't received my trade-in credits.

We can understand your concern, especially since your trade-in hasn't had a tracking update since September 16, and you're still waiting for the promotional credits you were expecting.

Trade-in credits generally begin after the device has been received, inspected, and approved. However, with nearly a month passing without an update, we'd definitely want to look into what's holding things up rather than have you continue waiting without answers.

One thing we'd like to clarify first: When you check the USPS tracking information, does it show the package was delivered in Coppell, TX, or does it show that it arrived at a USPS facility there with no further movement?

That distinction will help us determine whether the package may still be in transit or if we need to investigate why it hasn't been acknowledged as received. We want to make sure your trade-in is properly accounted for and that you receive any promotional credits you're eligible for.
