Trying to upgrade 1 of 7 of my lines
I am trying to upgrade one out of seven of my phone lines. This device has been paid for for well over a year. It shows that it’s an iPhone 12, but it is actually an iPhone 13 Pro Max, which I would assume that your system would reflect that based off of the serial number of the phone in use I was told I have a $2500 credit limit for financing I owe about $1265 adding a $830 phone would bring that account total to $2057. I’ve been in store I’ve been online. I’m still being told that I only have a 400 and some odd dollar credit availability Someone needs to reach out to me or I’m gonna take all of my seven lines and I’m going to another source

Thanks for reaching out to us, We are in the residential team and can address all your residential concerns. We do have limited access to the mobile side of your account when it comes to your credit limits. This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/eligibility-faq has great information on the device payment plans and how you can check to see if you qualify for more and a higher total device payment limit.
I would recommend reaching out to our awesome Xfinity mobile agents via https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support or by calling 888-936-4968 to see if your credit limits can be raised.

I already know the credit limit. This is what I’m saying. You are telling me I have a limit of 2500$. With what I owe already plus a new phone would being my total up to 2057$ way under my 2500$ limit, yet I’m still being told I don’t have enough credit. I mean hell you guys still have one of my lines listed as an iPhone 12 witch my phone is actually at 13 pro max
