Two False Cancellation Requests
Hi all,
I received two false cancellation requests on consecutive days indicating that my last day of service would be 2024-10 19T00:00:00.0000000
My service has been completely cut-off and I am unable to make a payment to restore the service or connect with anyone that can help me with this.
I never submitted these requests, as I had only just recently moved into this unit. This whole situation is a bit bizarre.
