Two Year Billing Cycle

When I initially signed up with XFinity for internet I was able to get a great rate for a 2-year period.  However now that two-year period has ended and the rate has increased significantly.  I cannot afford an increased internet bill, and I see Verizon offers internet at the same initial promotional price, so I can switch to Verizon, but I'd prefer to remain with Xfinity.  Can someone help to ensure my monthly rates don't increase?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_3akext Welcome to our community forum and thank you @EG for moving this post for greater visibility! I live on a tight budget and know how important it is to keep monthly bills at a reasonable level. Let's review your account together and find a new promotion you love. Thank you for giving my team the opportunity to keep you in the Xfinity family ❤️

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address so I can find the account and get started on a resolution.

@XfinityEmilyB Hi.  I started a message chat to “Xfinity Support” as instructed but have not received any notices or follow-ups.  Is there any resolution to this?
