Unable to get statement from an cancelled account and unhelpful agents

I've contacted Xfinity a couple times, and nobody can help. They all sent me a link to the current statement in my new account. Nobody can solve my problem. The last agent I talked through the phone call in the billing team was basically terrible. He held me on the phone for almost an hour and started ignoring me and all my questions, pretended not hearing me and holding me on the phone forcing me to hang up the phone. I can't understand why it could be so hard to just get a copy of statement and why every time it is so difficult and time consuming to contact Xfinity.

user_6cq789 Residential or business customers requesting their account records must provide a signed form authorizing Comcast to release the records. Customers can request a copy of the form they need by emailing subscriber_recordrequest@comcast.com. Completed authorization forms should be faxed to the LESRC at 1-866-947-5587.

This means you request the bill copies, and dates, and then a form is sent for you to fill out, and notarize it. Then you fax it to the number I provided.

@XfinityShawn Is there an easier way to get it? I just paid the last billing. Isn't I supposed to get a statement for the service period? can I get an email for the last statement?

user_6cq789 That would be the only way to get it at this time since the account is disconnected as you mentioned.
