Unable to setup Autopay

I am unable to setup Autopay. Not able to pay my bill but get notifications that payment is due. You got the worst application and customer service ever.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_y6yk4g With the app giving issues, have you tried to also make a payment from our website? Are you receiving an error message when trying to access your payment preferences?
