Unauthorized Cahrges
Tom Karinshak,
After overpaying for years on Xfinity TV, I cancelled my account in February 2025. I stayed with Just internet. In reviewing what should of been and $84.00 and change bill, I noticed a $24.99 a month charge for Netflix. I never asked for or authorized a payment for Netflix. The people on the phone ant at the 117th Street office in Miami told me that I created the account. I contacted Netflix, I have no such account through Xfinity. Where is this money going? I can't get this off my bill, a bill that I never authorized for Netflix. Xfinity-Comcast owes me money for something I never requested or authorized. I can't even call or cancel online.
If I need to go further, I will. But Xfinity/Comcast thrives on big commercials and taking advantage of people who don't have the means to fight a big company. I will be posting on any forum possible. All these stories need to be told.
