Unauthorized charges

I’m so frustrated. I cancelled my services ( WiFi and mobile in August. I even got a refund of $4.97 in September. Then last week (now we’re in October) I got charged $30.81. After calling on 10/17/26 apparently they never canceled the mobile line so I was told I would receive a refund for the full amount. To this day I have not gotten the refund and I just got ANOTHER email that I have an upcoming payment of $51.98 in November. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m tired of calling, if you record phone calls you will hear me asking plenty of times on each phone call if they’re sure I won’t be getting charged and they have all confirmed I won’t but somehow keep getting unauthorized charges.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Please send us a DM with your full first and last name and full service address, and we’ll review the account with you.

I'm about to file a lawsuit involving fraudulent charges that xfinity keeps saying they will remove.  They've told my this three times and after just speaking to them on Friday, they sent me another bill and the charge is still on the bill.  I'm done wasting my time with them!

Fraudulent charge will still be there tomorrow. Tired of the gaslighting and placating.  If you're doing this to me how many others are you doing this too?  Answer: one is too many!  Still engaging a lawyer, contacting the FCC and the BBB. Also encouraging others to do the same!

Just discovered you charged us for the Ipad in October of 2025.  We were told it was a gift. I want that refunded asap.
