Dear Xfinity Mobile Customer Service,

I am writing to formally dispute unauthorized mobile line charges on my account and demand an immediate resolution.

I terminated my Xfinity internet service in November 2024 and explicitly did not activate any mobile service. During a recent customer service call, a representative confirmed that I do not have an active mobile service line and canceled a previous incorrect charge of $9.09 on February 15th.

Despite this confirmation, Xfinity Mobile continues to bill me for a mobile line that was never opened or utilized. I categorically deny authorizing this service and demand the following immediate actions:

  1. Conduct a thorough review of my account
  2. Terminate the unauthorized mobile line
  3. Immediately cease all billing related to this unauthorized service
  4. Provide a complete refund of all charges associated with this unauthorized line
  5. Send written confirmation of account resolution

LEGAL NOTICE: If this matter is not resolved within 10 business days, I am prepared to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to filing a complaint with:

  • California Public Utilities Commission
  • Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
  • Small Claims Court
  • Initiating legal action to recover unauthorized charges, potential damages, and legal costs

I expect a prompt and comprehensive written response detailing the steps you will take to resolve this issue.
