Unauthorized Xfinity Voice Plan Added
I recently got a charge added for Xfinity Voice to my account, but I never authorized this service to be added. Is it possible to remove it. I talked to an online customer service representative through chat and they said it would be cancelled, but I still don’t see it cancelled and it’s been over a week since the chat.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
