Undisclosed taxes and fees on “free” 10 Apple Watch give away

Last month a visiting manager to a Eugene xfinity store was eavesdropping on my session with a customer service technician.  He advised that today was my lucky day and I could leave the store with over 3000.00 of watches absolutely free.   Reviewing my bill yesterday at the same store I discovered that I was being charged approximately $35 a month for 911 fees and other fees for the watch watches he advised me on that day that they were absolutely free but not to sell them on eBay or Craigslist. He never told me that they were the cellular model and I’ve already given away seven of them to friends and family that were very happy to receive them. I went to the store today. The service tech and his manager were not able to help me. I checked to see that the 911 and other taxes and fees are only if they activated phone lines. I was never told about activated phone lines. This was a complete scam. I’ve been a customer of Xfinity since 2008 and worked for Xfinity for four years in San Jose California. I am very disappointed in what happened to me and I would like to have those extra fees discontinued and credited back to my account
