Unexpected $100 Data Overage Charge and Failed Supervisor Escalation
I am requesting help with a $100 additional data usage charge on my latest Xfinity bill. My normal monthly bill is about $57, but I was charged $157 because of a $100 data overage charge.
I called Xfinity today, September 17, 2026, to request a one-time courtesy credit. At approximately 1:30 PM, I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told the wait would be about two minutes. Instead, I remained on a completely silent hold for approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. The call disconnected around 2:55 PM without a supervisor ever speaking with me and without any callback.
I understand how the data overage was calculated. However, I did not realize that my legacy plan was still subject to the 1.2 TB data cap after my monthly price increased significantly from approximately $29 to $57. This was an unexpected one-time charge, and I am requesting a full $100 courtesy credit.
I would also like the failed supervisor escalation and disconnected call documented on my account.
Please let me know how I can provide my account information privately for review.

We also let you know when you are reaching your limit at 75%, 90%, 100% to make sure you reach out for options.
