Unreturned equipment fee

I just realized i have an unreturned equipment fee from 8month ago that still has an outstanding payment that hasnt been paid. Could I return the equipment now and have the charges waived off?

@user_9gnlse Thanks for reaching out. Yes once your return the equipment the device will be removed from your account which will stop all future billing for that device. We can also credit the last 120 days for that device. Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you further.

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
