Urgent Billing Escalation — Incorrect Payment Arrangement and Disconnection Risk

I need assistance escalating an urgent Xfinity Internet billing issue.

On October 15, an Xfinity representative explicitly assured me that my payment arrangement had been extended through October 24 and my services would remain active.

The following day, I received a disconnection warning and was informed that the arrangement hadn't actually protected my service.

I've now spent several hours speaking with multiple representatives and supervisors, receiving conflicting information without a resolution.

I'm not disputing my balance. I'm requesting that Xfinity review the documented assurances and help prevent an interruption while I work toward resolving the balance.

Could a member of Xfinity's escalation team please contact me privately to review this situation? I have screenshots, email confirmations, and a previous support reference number available.
