Urgent Billing/Account transfer question

My roommates and I are currently using the 2 year, $50/month plan for our internet. I've moved out of the apartment we lived in but my roommates are still going to be there and they are going to continue using the same plan. The xfinity account where we managed our payments is under my name and I want to transfer it to be under my friend's name since I've moved out and will no longer be handling the payments. I know the easiest way to do this is to visit a local Xfinity store, but my roommates are in Boston and I am not there anymore since I moved out. Is there another way to transfer the account to be under my friend's name? Please let me know as soon as possible.

@user_8wm9e We can definitely get a ticket submitted on your behalf to transfer the ownership to your roommate.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
