virtual prepaid card activation question
got an email for activation of a new prepaid virtual card, but link does NOT work.
email from:
Xfinity <yourcard@hawkmarketplace.com>
This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in +xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com.

If the card was received from a promotion, the email would have been from yourcard@incentivetracker.xfinity.com
Is there a code that's in the email? I am showing our prepaid center (https://xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com/home) you can enter a card number or a code. Does this link help with accessing the site?
