Voice message saying my bill will DOUBLE
I received a voicemail representing itself as Comcast Xfinity that I’m moments away from losing my 50% discount on home internet.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Caution! Such calls, texts. and emails are usually from scammers, especially if you are asked to pay in advance, by gift card, or with crypto. See https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/target-gift-card-scam-beware-they-are-good/6785304bec3cb6282636396d for a description of what happens if you fall for one of these.

@user_km1bo4 This sounds like a scam that is going around. We typically do not reach out regarding promotions via the phone because of the scams that are out there. If you would like us to double-check the account and your deal just in case, we would be happy to do so.
