Voice premier was added without authorization
I went to pay my bill and saw that it was more that triple it's normal price. After looking into it I found that the voice premier was added to my account without my knowing and I am being charged for that and a pro rated amount. I need that canceled and to not be expected to pay for a service that I don't use or even know what it does.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
