We listen and don’t Judge

I found out that I been charged for not only cable box but a modem and on internet essentials 

and instead of reimbursing me they’re telling me to pay and then they will take charges off

i just don’t get it

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
