Went over 1.2tb of internet data

If i go over my data it said I get a courtesy month for the first time I exceed it within a 12-month period. In this courtesy month how much extra data can I use past 1.2tb? It doesn't say if it gives me an extra 50gb, 500gb, 1tb or unlimited???

@John1989 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! That courtesy month would cover the data used in the month completely. I would be more than happy to take a look at your account and confirm that the courtesy month has not been used yet. Just send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@XfinityBillie i tried to message you directly but when I type in your name you arent included in the predicted names. Anyway, thanks a lot. I have went through about three xfinity customer service agents in the chat and they either tried selling me something, telling me that I will be charged extra (even though this is the first time I went over, looking at my history) or remind me that I will find out if I'm charged extra or not on my next bill reveal date. @John1989 You wouldn't send a DM directly to me, it would need to be sent to Xfinity Support. :) Give that a try and we look forward to assisting you via DM!

Thank again for reaching out to us @John1989! I’m glad we could help address these questions about our data limit for our internet services. For more information on exceeding the data limit, we have this article here.
