When I click make a payment

When I click to make a payment, it says error sorry this isn’t working right now. Please return to my account overview while we resolve the issue. It’s been doing this for a while and my Wi-Fi isn’t working

ARe you trying to access your account through your Xfinity account online, or through the Xfinity App? If your Wi-Fi isn't working, are you using cellular data to try and access your account? Any additional details you can share would greatly be appreciated. I look forward to working with you today.

@XfinityKassie​ I was connected to a different WiFi when I was trying to make the payment and I’ve already tried the Xfinity app but it’s doing it on everything if you need a screenshot if I can even do that on here I can I have no idea what’s going on but the payment keeps piling up and it’s not letting me pay same with cellular data I’ve even tried clearing my cookies cache and going on incognito on my web browser

Thank you for trying different ways to access the payment. If you are trying online we can also recommend clearing cache and cookies or trying incognito/private mode.

it's happening to me too it says i have a payment due, then i go to make a payment and the website says error. OR i'll go to make a payment and it says no balance, even though on the previous page it says I owe. Fix your website [Edited: "Language"]. people are trying to pay you money.

user_yfiyoq Can you please try resetting your Xfinity password (xfinity.com/password) and then go through the process to see if you can make your payment? If you're still having issues, please let us know.
