When will my services be restored?
I made the payment after I was assured that I could extend the payment to October due to my wife’s medical issues. Thanks for nothing. I made the 37 dollar payment that you shut my services off over. I’m very irritated my wife works from home. After I paid I tried to reach out and the stupid chat feature won’t let me talk to anyone. Worse service ever. I will switch.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
