Where is my refund

I modified my Xfinity service at the end of May. However, the auto payment done on June 13 took out both the new service amount as well as the amount for the discontinued services. The result was an overcharge of $224.56! I have had countless “chats” with agents and after 3 weeks the issue is still not resolved. The credit does appear on my Xfinity account and I have been given a file number. I have been told several times that the refund would be made directly to the bank account from which the auto payment was taken. And still no refund! And I have been out over $200;for 3 weeks. Before I contact the office of the Massachusetts AG, I thought I would try this forum.
