Why did my bill go up $70?

Do you read your billing statements?  Usually you'll find information regarding any increases in you bill on page 3 the month before the new bill takes effect.

My questions never get answered. I have requested paper billing and even said I would pay to get the paper. They said I am on paper billing, but I have never received a bill in the last two years from Xfinity. It is not an error from the post office, I’ve checked many times with them. I have reported fraud on my account. Check my phone bill, it’s the same thing. I’m supposedly supposed to get a $400 credit for the errors; however, I have not received the $400.

Hello user_wm9uxc your Xfinity statement is an amazing resource to see what changes have occurred on your account. Most bill increases come from promotional rates that have expired, but can also come from one-time charges, billing changes or additions.

I am so tired of calling, texting, about my bill. I finally contacted fraud. I am waiting for a response. Just look at my monthly statements, never, never have I received the same amount for a bill. Check it. I have an iPhone, I have an iPad I never used, paid the money for it. I was paying for so many items I have never used. Check out my mobile line [Edit: Personal information], it's a joke.

Your free phones are a joke. The monthly fee on a phone line ends up costing more than just buying a phone and making monthly payments on it. Am I incorrect?
