why did my bill go up by $30 with no explanation?

I want to know why my bill went up - that's a basic question any business should answer easily.

Xfinity says:

Our commitment to every customer:

  • Respect your time
  • Simplify your experience
  • Make things right if we fall short

There is no way, apparently, to ask this question - the only option is to use the "Xfinity Assistant". I leave it to you if the transcripts below show that my time was respected, or my experience simplified by having the agent repeatedly state the same thing over and over without answering the question, and constantly state it could connect me to a live agent if necessary but refuse to do so:

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
