Why did my bill increase so much??
My internet bill jumped from $85 to $135 randomly. This is totally not okay, it's almost double the already large amount I was paying for the same service. What do I do about this? They're making it so I can barely afford my internet now

To get started, please send our team a Direct Message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.
