I can certainly understand how concerning and frustrating it would be to see your bill increase by $64, especially if you weren't expecting a change. There are a few common reasons a bill may increase, such as a promotional discount ending, changes to services or equipment, one-time charges, or billing adjustments. If the increase is related to a promotion ending, we do provide advance notice on billing statements to help avoid surprises. Typically, your statement will indicate when a promotional discount is scheduled to expire. Have you had a chance to review your last billing statement to see if it explains the increase?
