Why is it always an AI agent ? Never a real human to text to like why!!

How can I text a real agent not a AI!! It’s frustrating at this point can’t even talk to a real human ,Why does it say my account is past due when I cancelled membership? I’m gonna return the equipment Monday when I’m back in town , and I cancelled service before the new billing even started so why is it past due ?? I cancelled service on phone last week and the agent said I have 30 days to return equipment , so why did it try to charge me a new bill cycle and another one coming up?!

Hello @user_b8e4yh. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. If you did cancel last week it is possible that your new bill had already generated before the cancellation. You do have 30 days to return the equipment, and you would have 30 days for all billing to close out as well and be issued a final statement with any remaining balance or credit on the account. I can double-check the account to make sure everything was canceled but now you would have to wait for that final billing statement to generate in about 30 days.
