Why is it so hard for you to get ahold of a live agent in 2025?
I have used comcast for a very very long time. I have never seen it so bad where I cant get in contact with a live actual human being to talk about my bill. My current deal ended. My Bill of course went up 20+ a month. And when I try and talk to someone. I cannot get past the AI on the phone nor on the live chat. This is very disconcerting because xfinity website has never ever been one to be able to get you the best deal for the services you ask for. So I am very confused as to why I cannot get ahold of a human being anymore in regards to billing.

I spent three and a half hours on the phone trying to activate a phone. They also are charging me 150 for a third line, because I changed my phone number. They insist it is fixed, but I can look at my bill on the app and it is disgustingly how unknowable, unprofessional, and rude they can be. I’m pretty sure they keep notes on people, and intentionally give them a hard time.

I have constant issue since I purchased upgraded iPhones. It’s one problem after the other. Phone robot takes 30 or more to get through, but once I get through they are useless and way to personal. They put you on hold forever, they won’t listen. I spend at least an hour a day the last week calling back until I get someone to listen to me. My bill is still 150$ more because I was told I was paying for an extra line, and they keep telling me they fixed it. It’s not fixed.
