Why is the website so slow/buggy?

I got to xfinity.com to look over my bill and account - any category I select that is not "Shop" is utterly slow and usually ends in an error. But I can view what you have to sell me without an issue...
I really hope Xfinity goes under and a real company can step and actually provide us with a good experience - if I was not FORCED into xfinity here in this apartment complex I 100% would use a different provider.
I know when my lease is up here im searching for a place that EXCLUDES xfinity - dogwater company.

user_0kliw1 I appreciate you using the Xfinity Community Forums to reach out to us and would be happy to address your Xfinity related questions and concerns. You mentioned an issue with the website working slowly, is this the only site that you have come across this issue with? Also, we are glad that you chose Xfinity as your service provider and would like to turn your frown upside with a more positive experience going forward. What exactly is troubling you at this time? Did you have any account related questions for us?

I’m experiencing the same issue. I know it’s not my PC because I can stream 4K videos without any problems, so loading a website shouldn’t be a struggle. However, the site is slow and buggy. When I tried to update my card payment, it took an hour, and I still couldn’t complete it. Now I’m stuck on verification—when I enter the code from my phone, nothing happens. After multiple attempts, I’m now getting the error “Failed to generate verification code.” After the fifth attempt, I’m done.

Why do you keep acting as if the website isn’t the problem and asking people what's going on? Do you even try browsing your own site? It’s hard to believe that one of the fastest internet providers has such a laggy and buggy website.

This has been an issue for almost a decade. What's the secret to making a website this laggy and full of bugs? I'd love to add this "feature" to my own site so I can frustrate my customers, too. No matter what device I use, it becomes a microwave as soon as I access your site.
