why the [Edit: Language] is the prices for excising customers keep going up every year when newer customers have it way better?

Why are the prices constantly going up every year this is ridiculous, and you wonder why customers are leaving for Amazon Fire Stick or Roku you really need to lower your [Edit: Language] prices asap it makes no [Edit: Language] sense I'm paying $232 a month on my bill and I'm not even getting pay per view or have prescribed cable channels every freaking year the prices just keep climbing I've been an outstanding customer with comcast and a gold one at that with the situation going on with these ridiculous price hikes it just might make me want to leave for amazon or Roku I know companies need money but I'm not [PII] I'm on a fixed income you people need to understand these are hard time and jacking up prices like this isn't helping one bit have some common sense and lower your prices if you want customers back
