Why Was i Lied too

Can you please help or at least explain to me why I was lied too by one of the chat reps and told to pay $200 to restore my service. Then to be told it’s a completely different amount after I spent my last $200?? I made it clear when i could pay and what i could pay. They told me what i wanted to hear then pulled the rug out from under me. I either need my service restored till 4/11/2025 or my $200 refunded ASAP.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
