Why won't the page showing my bill load when all other pages load just fine?

Why is so hard to see my actual bill but so easy to see all other parts of the website? I keep having to log in over and over and I can't ever see my bill. There are no problems loading pages asking about services I want to ADD but when I try to see my bill, I just get the spinning circle. I've tried on a PC and the app and get the same results. I see answers on here telling people to reset the password, clear the cache, try other browsers, etc. but WHY? If all the other pages load, why won't the bill page load? Something seems fishy to me. I just want to see the details of my bill, like is long distance included with my home phone. It's so frustrating!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had, and I'd love to see what I can do to help! You've come to the right place :) Our team is awesome to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues quickly. I have no problem using the below steps to view my statements. Please let me know if this helps!

 

1. Log in to My Account

2. Select the purple Account icon in the upper right corner

3. Select "Billing"

4. Select "Bill details"

5. Select "Statement history"

6. Click on "Statement PDF" under your current statement

7. Or click on any of the previous statements listed to view the full document(s)

That is what I've been doing. Can't get beyond the gray box with the circle and 3 dots.

@user_199bd3 - On which step are you running into that problem? What browser and OS are you using? I just followed these exact steps, using Chrome's latest version (131.0.6778.205) on Windows 10, and had no issue getting to all my statements.

Cannot pay on the website. "Make a payment" button transfers to a page which is totally blank (white). I think it wants to load the new billing fee but the website is DOWN and needs to be fixed. I tried to call. Impossible phone tree and wait times. Obviously, everyone is having this problem.

Worked in Chrome, did not work in Firefox. Problem solved for me.
