Worse customer service ever

I had an outage of over 12 hrs and was offered only $3 despite another agent telling me i qualified for way more. I’ve gotten more for 2 hour outages. This is ridiculous and makes no sense. I don’t know why xfinity doesn’t care about customers. At least with spectrum you call and get a human that’s trained properly. This is the worst company I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. I had to go to Reddit to get information about switching to xfinity mobile. I’m not giving my personal information to Reddit. I’m seeking other service providers

user_q2oipt Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. We are sorry to hear that you experienced an interruption of service that lasted quite awhile. We know how stressful it is to have to deal with that. Regarding your credit concern, did you go to the Xfinity Status Center and request a refund there? It is based on how much you pay for services per day, and the adjustment if it lasted less than a full day is likely why you received that amount. We do try and reserve the offering of full days of credit when your services are down for an extended and undetermined length of time.

That’s unacceptable. I spoke to a guy in a different department who confirmed so. I also have received $20 credit for a two hour outage. It’s ridiculous and I do not accept that answer. You simply don’t care about customers. You can offer better amounts and don’t. Not to mention your AI bot response answered NONE of my other queries. I want a HUMAN to contact me from the US.

user_q2oipt Thank you for your feedback. We provide a credit based on the length of the interruption of service, and that amount may not always be the same, depending on whether the issue has been repetitive or is what we would refer to as an ongoing interruption of service.
