Worse offers for current customers vs new customers
Absolutely insane that, even after being a customer for 8 years, Xfinity will increasy my monthly payment by 50% when my yearly contract expires, and will NOT let me keep my current Internet service at it current price. Instead, it forces me to pay 50% more for the same service than if I simply became a new customer. How does this make sense? Why would you want to [Edit: Language] and punish existing customers? I dont get it. I just need simple internet service. I live by myself, I dont do much. No visitors, no family. I just want simple, reliable internet that doesnt change in pricing every single year. Is that too much to ask? What have we come to?

I'm done. Cancelled all my services with Xfinity. This is not worth it. The stress and anxiety of having to deal with Xfinity Customer Service is unparalleled. For my own mental health wellbeing, I'm cancelling all my Xfinity services. I rather pay more just to have any sort of actual support. Good riddance.

Tried to subscribe to Xfinity Go. Set up cancellation date of Oct 18th (because, apparently, I cant just "cancel" on my own, I need to "request" and then wait for it to process). Its Oct 20th, and just got another bill for $79. Cancellation didnt "go through".
Why. Why does this have to be so difficult. Seriously, save yourself time and just let ME cancel my own service.
What a horrible ISP to deal with.

This is absolutely insane.
Xfinity assistant just keeps telling me to restart my modem. I must've done it 10 times already. You make me wait 10mins each time, and then when you decide that I need to schedule service, Xfinity Assistant does NOTHING. Every single time. I NEED TO SCHEDULE SERVICE.
Why is this so difficult? ChatGPT has more personality than Xfinity Support. Just look at how they just leave customers here without any support. You cant call them and talk to someone. You'll get the same automated response than their AI Assistant. What a disgusting experience.
I've lost more years of life just dealing with Xfinity support than anything else in my entire life. A customer of 8 years, treated like garbage. But if you're a new customer, they'll throw you the red carpet, and then sweep it from under you after a year.
I NEED HELP. ACTUAL HUMAN HELP FOR XFINITY NOW SERVICES. How else do I say this?
