Worst customer service [Edited]

[Edited: "Solicitation"] They are not helpful, overcharge even after you have cancelled services that you never ordered!!  Absolute worst customer service who cannot handle the issues and act like there’s an escalation department working on it except nobody can reach them EVER!!!  Horrible stressful experience ever!!!
