Worst ever

Calling and speaking with agents and supervisors give the worst anxiety. I try to avoid it at cost. I took me hours trying to get in touch with someone only for the agent to be rude, her supervisor was rude and the compliant department was rude. Got hung up on 3 times today. After 2 decades I think it's time I got to Verizon. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.
