Worst Out There

This is one of the worst companies in existence!  Robbing people, zero customer service……taking advantage of people left and right!  Funny bc I was taught loyalty was an admirable quality to have, but for this company its punishment…..speaks volumes about the lack of integrity of the company as a whole!  One day karma will come……

It took hours to try to get 2 mobile phones hooked up.  A SIM card was sent for one of them and took over a week to arrive leaving a new Mom stuck at home with a baby without phone service.  I was overcharged for the phones and finally gave up on getting my money back because I got sick of calling.  Having my internet cost go from $35 to well over $100 if I don’t have a phone line is insane!  I work from home and am forced to have this internet, but it’s not affordable at all especially when many other carriers offer much better prices, but I am stuck because of where I live.  There is no appreciation for loyalty for customers….only deals for new people to get more business and generate more money.  That is sad and a poor business model.

That is certainly not the experience we would like you to have with your service. I will be happy to look into any account issues from here for you. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
