Worst website and so hard to pay your bill

I have tried paying my bill and it’s impossible every time that I go to pay my bill it says that I have 0.00 due and then I think it’s because I need to switch my account but when I try doing so the page reloads or goes to the same account

just terrible website please do better

user_psb61o Thanks for your feedback and letting us know. We appreciate your desire to pay your bill and if I were in your shoes I would be just as frustrated. Have you tried to clear your cache and cookies then logged back in?
