Wrong Account Balance Transfer

Someone else’s account balance was transferred to my account. I have been trying to get this issue solved for almost a month now with no resolution. I have called and live chatted and keep getting tickets made but nothing gets resolved. I am now being charged late fees for a bill that is not even mine. It’s insane that I’m expected to pay someone else’s bill and that nobody can help me even though you can clearly see that its not even my name on the account that was transferred to my account. I would hate to cancel my service as I haven’t had issues prior to this but I will not be forced to pay someone else’s bill. I have been promised a call back and haven’t heard anything in almost 3 weeks. I will be putting a freeze on any charges to my bank and cancelling my service if this is not fixed by the end of the week.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
