I got a bill for this account number. This is NOT my account. It has NEVER been my account.

My account has a $498 credit balance.

Also, your Xfinity Assistant chat is a joke. The last two times I’ve tried to resolve an issue thru the Xfinity Assistant chat I got disconnected and reconnected to 7 different people. All stated the same thing “I’ll connect you with a team member who will take care of this issue for you “.

Have you recently moved? Whenever you move, you would be issued a new account number for the address. Could you please provide some additional information about the issue at hand? Does the Xfinity billing statement show your information, correct address, and more? Any additional information will be helpful in discovering any issues.
