Wrong Billing & Xfinity Is NOT Correcting it

We have paid our Xfinity bill every month.  Since last month they are showing an 'overdue' amount and are threatening to cut off service if not paid.  I've been on telephone twice and in their office twice and this is still not resolved.

How do you get Xfinity to take care of this matter?  I'm tired of trying customer service it is not working.
