Wrongful charges
I was being charged for 18 or 19 months for two tv boxes I have NEVER had, I have only had a max of 4 tv's since becoming a customer, the support person cancelled them even though I never had them and the ticket I put in was closed without giving me the money you owe me for wrongful charges. Who do I talk to so I can get back the money I paid for no reason.
