I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with app. I just ran a test on the Xfinity app on my personal phone and it seems to be getting to the billing page and allowing me to enter my payment information. Can you explain more as to what you are seeing?
Does the app on your device have an update waiting by chance?
Thanks for your comment, and for sharing a screenshot of the error, Catshark75. Is this happening on all of your devices or just one? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xfinity App?

Don't really have a lot of other devices to try it on (PCs outdated and never used, don't really use tablets anymore)... could try it on roommate's phone if reinstall doesn't work I guess.
Catshark75 Thanks for giving that a try! Is your phone up to date with the latest OS? An outdated OS can cause some app functioning trouble sometimes.
