I cannot pay my bill is the app down

Hello, user_z1fuo7! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with app. I just ran a test on the Xfinity app on my personal phone and it seems to be getting to the billing page and allowing me to enter my payment information. Can you explain more as to what you are seeing?

Does the app on your device have an update waiting by chance?

Same issue here.  Have checked updates and nothing pending.

I click "Make Early Payment" and receive the following: 

"ERROR

Sorry, this isn’t working right now

Please return to My Account Overview while we resolve the issue."

It"s been doing this the past 12 hours at least.

Thanks for your comment, and for sharing a screenshot of the error, Catshark75. Is this happening on all of your devices or just one? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xfinity App?

Will try uninstall and reinstalling.

Don't really have a lot of other devices to try it on (PCs outdated and never used, don't really use tablets anymore)... could try it on roommate's phone if reinstall doesn't work I guess.

Uninstall/Reinstall didn't work.

However, it worked on roommate's phone and they made the payment with info on account.

At least I know where to start.  Gonna try app/"clear data" and hopefully that should fix it. 🤔

Catshark75 Thanks for giving that a try! Is your phone up to date with the latest OS? An outdated OS can cause some app functioning trouble sometimes.
